Gymshark Women’s Size Chart

• Sold as letter sizes (XXS–XXL). If your product's size options look different, use the tab that matches them.
• One Gymshark chart covers every women's top — tees, tanks (including shelf-bra tanks), hoodies, sweatshirts and jackets — sized by your bust with waist as a check; every product page we checked carries it, and Gymshark prints both units, so this chart matches theirs cell for cell. One target per size, 5cm apart: land between two and we round up, naming the smaller size as the slimmer option.
• Gymshark calls the bust measurement your chest, taken 2.5cm below the underarm. Sports bras sell the same letters but size by Gymshark's own underbust-and-bust table on each bra's page — an under-bust measurement we don't collect, so use the product's guide there.
• Every size filter sells XXS–XXL, but product-page size charts start at XS even on styles that sell XXS — the XXS body figures come from Gymshark's own size-guide page. All-in-ones and the training dress sell these letters with no published body chart. Size buttons pair each letter with a US dress-number range — "XS (2-4)" — the letter is the size.

• Regular — for women 5′5″–5′9″ (Gymshark's own)
• Short — for women around 4′2″–5′5″ (Gymshark's own)

• One Gymshark chart covers all women's bottoms — leggings, joggers, shorts and woven pants all carry the same table. Your waist decides the size, with hip as a check (hip is published on Gymshark's size-guide page; product popups print just the waist). One target per size, 5cm apart: land between two and we round up, naming the smaller as the slimmer option.
• Many styles come in three leg lengths — Short (28.5″), Regular (30.5″) and Tall (32.5″ inside leg), the same across sizes. We pick yours from a measured inside leg, or your height via Gymshark's own bands: Short around 4′2″–5′5″, Regular 5′5″–5′9″, Tall 5′9″–6′5″. Not every style cuts every length, and rise (high or mid) is a style choice, not a size.
• One correction: Gymshark's guide prints the XXL hip as 47.7″, but its own centimeters (120 cm ≈ 47.2″) and its two-inch hip steps (…43.5″, 45.5″) both point to ~47¼″ — we show the conversion. Size buttons pair each letter with a US dress-number range — "XS (2-4)" — the letter is the size.
