Ralph Lauren Women’s Size Chart

• Sold as letter sizes (XXS–XXL). If your product’s size options look different, use the tab that matches them.
• Ralph Lauren cuts each women’s line to its own measurements, so the line decides your size: an M fits a 36½–37½″ bust in Polo Ralph Lauren, 36–37″ in Collection and 37–38″ in Lauren. The line’s name is printed under each product’s name, and each line has its own tabs here.
• One Polo chart covers the sweaters, tees, polos, sweatshirts, jackets and coats sold by letter, XXS to XXL, each letter spanning two of Polo’s numbered sizes (XS is 0–2, M is 8–10, XXL is 20–22). Bust sets the size; waist and hip are the checks. RL leaves about an inch between most letters (nothing covers a 34″ bust between XS and S); land in a gap and we round up, naming the smaller size if you’re close. Polo sold by number is on the Polo Dresses & Pants tab, same body measurements.
• Sweatpants, shorts and swimsuits sold by letter size here too: for bottoms, give your waist or hip and leave the bust blank. RL says Polo is “designed for a slim, modern fit” and suggests sizing up for a more relaxed one.
• Polo pajamas and intimates print their own letter table with the same bust at every letter, so your letter carries over (RL says the sleepwear fits loose, and to size down for a closer fit). A few robes, a coat and a sweater sell paired sizes, such as S/M or XS/S: take the pair your letter is in.
• Some pieces in Polo’s women’s section are men’s or unisex, cut on RL’s men’s sizes. Their size chart shows it, and RL’s advice for unisex pieces is to order one size smaller than your usual women’s size, so a women’s L takes a unisex M.

• RL’s chart also prints a 000 and a 22 that no Polo menu offers, so they aren’t here. A 20 is on one blazer’s menu, sold out when we checked.

• RL’s Extended Sizes section is Lauren in XXS to XXXL (00 to 22). XXS, XXL and XXXL are on the size chart on each product page and missing from RL’s size guide page, so this tab follows the product’s chart. Some coats, dresses and pants sell by letter and size here too: for bottoms, give your waist or hip and leave the bust blank. Capes sell paired sizes (XS/S, M/L, XL/XXL): take the pair your letter is in.

• Many of Lauren’s jeans and a few of its pants sell by waist tag, 24 to 36, and RL prints no body for a tag: their size chart is this one. The tags are these sizes under another name: 24 is a 00, 25 a 0, 26 a 2, 27 a 4, 28 a 6, 29 an 8, 30 a 10, 31 a 12, 32 a 14, 33 a 16, 34 an 18, 35 a 20 and 36 a 22. We know because each jean’s garment measurements step exactly like this ladder, and RL sells these jeans in its Extended Sizes (00-22) section. So find your size here and take its tag. They aren’t the Jeans tab’s tags: a Lauren 28 fits a 29″ waist, a Polo 28 a 28″.
• One slip we corrected in the centimeters: RL’s Lauren chart prints 116.8 cm for the size-14 hip, the size-16 row’s figure. RL’s size guide page prints that 44″ hip as 111.8 cm.

• Sold as waist sizes (24–34). If your product’s size options look different, use the tab that matches them.
• Polo, Collection and Double RL jeans sell by waist tag, and RL’s size chart prints the waist and hip each tag fits, 24 to 34: the tag itself up to 30 (a 28 fits a 28″ waist), then over it (a 32 fits 33″, a 34 fits 37″). Waist decides and hip checks. Land on a tag and that’s your size; between two, we name both and lean to the larger.
• Double RL’s waist-tag pants and skirts size here too: their own size chart prints Double RL’s 1–5 table, which has no tags, so this is the one RL table with a body for each. Lauren’s jeans aren’t here: their tags fit an inch bigger, and they’re on the Lauren Dresses & Pants tab.
• RL’s size guide page stops this table at 32 and prints the 31 at a 31″ waist and the 32 at 32″. The size chart on the product pages prints 31½″ and 33″, with the hip 10″ over the waist on every row, so we follow that. Collection’s jeans run on to 35 and 36, past RL’s chart, so those have no row. Each jean comes in one inseam, listed on the product.

A few Double RL pieces on RL’s men’s pages sell XXS to XXL on men’s sizes; their own size chart shows it.

It runs half an inch under Collection at most sizes (an M fits a 35½–36½″ bust).
• Every RLX letter menu also offers XXS and XXL, past RL’s chart, so they have no row here. A few RLX pants and shorts sell by number, 00 to 18: S is 4–6, M is 8–10 and so on, so find your letter here and take the lower number if you’re low in its range.
• One slip we corrected in the centimeters: RL’s chart prints 9.2 cm for the size-2 hip. RL’s size guide page prints that 35½″ hip as 90.2 cm.
