Gymshark Men’s Size Chart

• Sold as letter sizes (XS to 3XL). If your product's size options look different, use the tab that matches them.
• One Gymshark chart covers all tops — tees, compression baselayers and hoodies — sized by your chest with waist as a check; every product page we checked carries it. Gymshark lists one target chest per size, 5cm apart: land between two and we round up, naming the smaller size as the slimmer option.
• Gymshark designs in centimeters and prints its inch column rounded to the half inch — we show the same numbers Gymshark does, so this chart matches theirs cell for cell. Products display crowd fit-feedback (“Customers say it fits true to size”) — worth a glance on compression styles.

Some Gymshark pants also come in Tall lengths — same body measurements, just cut longer or shorter. Pick the one for your height:

• Regular — for men up to ≈6′1″ (our estimate)
• Tall — for men ≈6′1″+ (our estimate)

Not every product comes in every length.

• Sold as waist sizes (28–40). If your product's size options look different, use the tab that matches them.
• Gymshark's Elite lifting pants are its only numbered bottoms — sized by waist bands (a 32 fits a 32–34″ waist), which meet at exact boundaries, so a waist right on one fits two sizes and we name both. Everything else Gymshark makes is letter-sized (the Joggers tab).
• Regular Leg is a 31″ inside leg and Tall Leg 34″. We pick your length from a measured inside leg, or your height if you haven't measured it (our estimate — Gymshark publishes no height guide); not every product comes in both lengths.
• Gymshark's size-guide article misprints size 30's waist as “30–34″” — its own centimeters (76–81) and its product-page chart both say 30–32, so we use that.
