Puma publishes one global body chart for all its men's clothing — tees, hoodies, track jackets and outerwear all size the same, by your chest with waist as a check. Its US size guide oddly shows only international size conversions; the actual measurements here are Puma's own, from its regional size-chart pages and product-page size guides (identical everywhere they appear, including Puma Golf's US chart) — Puma sizes globally, so they apply to the US store.
Puma designs in centimeters (the chart is based on a 172–185cm / 5′8″–6′1″ height); the inch column is our exact conversion. Puma's golf site prints the same chart rounded to whole inches, so a boundary can read a half inch different there.

Puma's bottoms — track pants, sweatpants, joggers and shorts — use the same letter sizes as its tops, from the same global body chart (Puma shows the identical block on its pants product pages). We size them by your waist, with low hip as a check.
A few styles — mainly denim collaborations — sell as numbered waists 28–40, but Puma publishes no per-number measurements — its own conversion table maps the letters: XS≈29, S≈31, M≈33, L≈36, XL≈40, with the even sizes in between straddling the neighboring letters.
